In 2009, Mate Rimac started Rimac Automobili having been told not to bother building a car company in Croatia – it was impossible. In 2011 he set a whole host of world records in his self-converted all-electric BMW based on an 1984 3-series, having been told all he was building was a washing machine. Then, in 2018, Rimac Automobili announced the world’s first all-electric hypercar, with performance figures the world said could never be achieved. But just three years later, that car became the Nevera and overshot every single one of those targets, becoming the ultimate record-breaking hypercar and defining an entirely new performance experience. To celebrate 15 years of achieving the impossible, a limited-run iteration of the Rimac Nevera has been revealed: the 15th Anniversary Edition.

Only nine bespoke examples will ever be built, with the first car finished in a new shade of copper, debuting matte paintwork on the Nevera for the first time. The copper shade has been specifically developed for its connections not only with times of celebration, but also to energy, as well as its more practical application as the material most widely used in electrical cables. A new full visible carbon fiber split provides a striking gloss contrast, both in texture and in color.

Each of the nine is connected through a number of consistent features, including the exclusive dual-color alloy wheel design, 15 Years Anniversary badging and the distinctive Rimac pattern – which mimics the connections of a circuit board – running the length of the car.  

The interior of the 15 Years Anniversary Edition features copper anodized switchgear and copper-painted surfaces to complement its celebratory exterior. Special one-of-nine and ‘2009-2024’ script adorns the armrest, marking this special edition apart from other Nevera models. The cabin itself can be finished in bold black or pristine white, with the seats featuring a contrasting copper leather and ’15’ embossed into the headrests.

The price of €2,350,000 includes all options, along with bespoke luggage that matches the interior of the customer’s Nevera. The first of the nine exclusive units will make its debut at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed. This customer car will take on the iconic hill climb, the very course where the Nevera Time Attack edition set the Production Car record in 2023 with an impressive time of 49.32 seconds.

These two globally recognized Italian brands, having previously collaborated in 2020 with the launch of an exclusive, one-off 500e, have united again to create what may be the ultimate expression of Made in Italy on four wheels: the 500e Giorgio Armani.

The designer collaborated closely with the FIAT team for months to distil the essence of the two brands into a single creation. The same meticulous attention to detail, care for materials, colors, and style that goes into a new car or a fashion collection was applied here. Now, FIAT and Giorgio Armani have hit the catwalk together with the new 500e Giorgio Armani on the “La Pista 500”.

This level of craftsmanship, treatment, and detailing is rarely found in this segment, but is a hallmark of the 500, which epitomizes Made in Italy and Italian excellence. These features gain even more significance and value having been developed in collaboration with the greatest name in Italian fashion. Two unique and exclusive colors have been created for the 500e Giorgio Armani: Dark Green Micinalised, a contemporary and technical color that firmly reflects Giorgio Armani's style and taste, and Ceramic Greige, a sophisticated and refined shade invented by Armani that blends gray and beige to create both the color and name.

For the exteriors, the Italian designers aimed to reduce contrasts and decoration to achieve a more monochromatic effect: pure, minimal, and in line with Armani's style. The 500e Giorgio Armani is powered by an electric motor with an output of 87 kW and 118 hp, offering a range of up to 320 km in the WLTP combined cycle. It also includes the most advanced ADAS and Level 2 assisted driving system. In line with the brand’s mission to promote Made in Italy at a global level, the limited-edition model will be sold in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa, Japan, and Australia from next year.

Delamain Cognac announces the addition of an exclusive Grande Champagne cognac to its permanent range. The hors d'âge cognac, L'Oiseau Rare, is being introduced as part of the House's bicentenary celebrations and embodies the passion and savoir-faire of a 200-year journey in pursuit of cognac excellence, and the House's special relationship with the Grande Champagne terroir.

It is an extraordinary demonstration of Pagani’s commitment to taking Hypercars to new levels of prestige, innovation, and customization. This one-off represents the pinnacle of Pagani’s current technology available for road-legal cars, in a bespoke vehicle tailored down to the smallest detail.

Created exclusively as a one-off for a client who wanted to create a unique example that would take the Huayra to its highest expression, with this in mind the car could aonly be named ‘Epitome’, as the most essential embodiment of a concept.

The beating heart of the new Huayra Epitome is the Pagani V12 engine, capable of delivering 864 HP (635 kW) at 6,000 rpm at 18°C (64°F), with a torque of 1,100 Nm. Built by AMG according to Pagani specifications, this 5,980 cc twin turbocharger engine features a distribution system that extends the limiter to 6,700 rpm, offering an exhilarating and dynamic performance.

To date, the Epitome is the first and only Huayra equipped with a manual transmission, for a pure mechanical driving experience. Thanks to an electronically controlled differential and a racing-style tri-pod driveshaft, the Pagani by Xtrac seven-speed transverse gearbox allows all the power and exceptional responsiveness of the engine to be transferred to the road. The flywheel-clutch unit consists of the latest triple-disc clutch for better torque transmission, with an electronically managed differential and a racing-derived tripod joint system ensuring greater engine responsiveness.

Technological research also focused on the suspension, with geometry that reduces dive in acceleration, pitch in braking, and roll in corners. This allows the driver to tackle corners by braking at the last moment, improving vehicle control and safety. Pagani Automobili aims to emphasize driving comfort as one of the most important pursuits in the study and evolution of all its cars, including track cars. Thanks to the new active suspension system of the Huayra Epitome, a “super soft” button is located in the cabin on the central tunnel, to be activated when driving on rough roads for extra comfort. Above 150 km/h (93 mph), the shock absorber setting returns to its normal condition, depending on the driving mode selected.

A clean and elegant design defines the Huayra Epitome, standing out with custom-made elements to meet the demands of tailoring that mark Grandi Complicazioni projects. The all-new front and rear bumper shapes, the front hood with exclusive light clusters and a new wheel arch air extraction system, and the rear hood with oversized side conveyors and integrated wing are just some of the features that make this one-off a timeless piece of design and engineering. The front end features a new bumper with an integrated splitter, designed at the customer’s request to increase downforce and balance the car in all driving conditions, accelerating airflow to the inner radiator ducts.

The wider mouth allows more airflow to the new inner ducts, optimizing aerodynamics and improving the efficiency of the front radiators. The light units are also exclusive: the Huayra Epitome is the only Pagani one-off to feature four light units installed on the front hood and two DRL elements installed on the bumper, a choice that ensures the exclusivity of the car while enhancing the purity of forms and improving lighting efficiency. The rear has been completely redesigned following the requests from the client, who wanted a hood with an integrated wing, a synthesis of Art and Science: a design that not only improves performance but also elevates aesthetics while maintaining the distinctive elegance of the Huayra.

The wing supports organically develop from the side muscles of the hood, creating a unique sculptural element. Thus, all forms give continuity to the car’s lines, as if sculpted by the wind. The new aerodynamic profile of the wing, designed according to the Huayra R’s studies, aims to optimally balance the car in any driving condition. A new aerodynamic cover for the rear lights has also been designed to reduce airflow resistance, extending the laminar boundary layer over the hood and giving an aggressive and unique look to the car’s rear.

In 2004, the reborn Bugatti brand transformed the world of automotive performance and luxury with a 1,001 hp hyper sports car: the Veyron. The first road car with more than 1,000 hp was succeeded in 2016 by another engineering feat so ambitious it reset all expectations of performance, the world’s first 1,500 hp car: the Chiron. At the heart of these cars was the world’s most advanced automotive engine: an 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16. Now, 20 years after Bugatti invented the hyper sports car, it redefines the concept completely with an entirely new powertrain and platform. This is the Bugatti Tourbillon.

The first Bugatti model created under Mate Rimac’s leadership the Bugatti Tourbillon is the first Bugatti in more than 20 years not powered by the iconic W16 engine, the tradition of naming core models after legendary Bugatti racing drivers of the past is no longer applied. Instead, the name Tourbillon was chosen as the perfect encapsulation of this car’s character. A French word, and a subtle reference to Bugatti’s French heritage and home in Molsheim, the tourbillon is a watchmaking invention of a Swiss-born genius living in France in 1801. A completely original creation without compare, it is both complex and beautiful, helping to counteract the effects of gravity on a watch to ensure more consistent time-keeping. And over 200 years later it is still revered as the pinnacle of watchmaking.

This sense of mechanical timelessness was a core part of the Bugatti Tourbillon journey. For a car that will be displayed on the concours lawns of this and the next centuries, technology can easily date – especially large digital screens – so it’s important that it uses as many timeless components as possible. The Tourbillon therefore utilizes a number of design and engineering techniques that will never age, including a completely analogue instrument cluster crafted by Swiss watchmakers and finished with the same care and attention you find in the world’s greatest timepieces. Just as these become heirlooms over generations, the Tourbillon is designed as a car for eternity.

The Bugatti W16 engine was unlike any other automotive engine in the world when it was revealed. With its four turbos and prodigious power figures, it set a new benchmark for the limits of combustion engine technology, and two decades after its creation it’s still unmatched or replicated. Following in its footsteps is another incomparable masterpiece of internal combustion engineering, paired with the immediate torque and flexibility of electric motors.

This next-generation Bugatti hyper sports car is powered by an all-new 8.3-liter naturally aspirated V16 engine – engineered with the help of Cosworth – paired with a front e-Axle with two electric motors and one electric motor mounted at the rear axle. In total, the Tourbillon produces 1,800 hp with 1,000 from the combustion engine itself and 800 hp from the electric motors. It’s an extraordinary achievement – delivered thanks to a host of cutting-edge materials and technology – given the Veyron achieved 1,001 hp from its 8.0-liter capacity engine with four turbochargers, and the new V16 is completely naturally aspirated. Constructed from lightweight materials, the engine weighs just 252 kg.

The electric motors are powered by a 25 kWh oil-cooled 800V battery housed in the central tunnel and behind the passengers. With four-wheel-drive and full torque-vectoring, it offers ultimate traction and agility. The front e-axle houses two electric motors, with a further motor on the rear axle, for a total of 800 hp from the electric powertrain system. The electric powertrain, with the electric motors spinning up to 24,000 RPM and a fully integrated dual silicon-carbide inverter, is amongst the most power-dense in the world. The e-axles are delivering over 6 kW per kg of e-axle mass, including inverters, motors and gearboxes. While power, throttle response and torque-fill are priorities for the electric powertrain, the relatively large energy content of 25 kWh allows for a very usable all-electric range of more than 60 km / 37 miles.

The French automaker claims that the new hypercar can accelerate from 0 to 60mph in less than 2 seconds and reach 250mph in about 25 seconds, for owners the Tourbillon will be limited to 277mph.

A total of 250 examples will be built, with a starting price of 3.8m EUR net. Hand-assembly will take place at the Bugatti Atelier in Molsheim, following the final W16-powered Bugatti models, Bolide and W16 Mistral.

Ameerh Naran, a Zimbabwean who studied product and design before becoming a successful entrepreneur is also the man behind Vimana Private Jets, a leader in VVIP global transportation. Naran Automotive is the result of a lifelong passion resulting in the creation of a hypercar that seamlessly blends power, luxury, and customization.

The one thousand horsepower, four-seater hypercar promises unmatched non-electrified performance and allows for shared experiences. Designed in collaboration with Jowyn Wong of WYN Design, the Naran The hyper-coupé combines sleek, motorsport-inspired aesthetics with the practicality of two additional seats. This allows owners to share the exhilarating driving experience with passengers. The hyper-coupé is powered by a formidable 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering an astonishing 1,000bhp. Slated to be the fastest non-electrified four-seater in the world, it promises unmatched performance and luxury.

The interior of the Naran hyper-coupé is a testament to luxury and craftsmanship, featuring premium Italian leather, CNC-milled billet aluminium, and minimalist textiles. This attention to detail ensures a comfortable and opulent driving experience, perfectly complementing the car’s high-performance capabilities.

Naran Automotive also offers an unprecedented level of customization, allowing owners to personalize every aspect of their hyper-coupé. Early customer requests have included unique touches such as marble and granite effects, as well as gold leaf trim, highlighting the brand’s dedication to bespoke design. The launch prototype model, adorned with a ruby-themed exterior and cockpit featuring almond gold accents, exemplifies the brand’s commitment to luxurious craftsmanship.

A Limited-Edition Masterpiece

With only thirty-nine units available, the Naran hyper-coupé represents a rare opportunity for collectors to own a truly unique piece of automotive art. Naran Automotive is now accepting deposits of €350,000 to reserve an allocation.

The visionairy behind the company Kemel Kharbachi´s, founder and CEO, is currently in the midst of a €115 million Series D investment round led by US investment bank FTI Capital Advisor. Once finalization of the development of the Spaceship capsules is complete, the necessary validation tests -which will take place soon- together with military pilots, and the the collaboration of the National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA). The aim is to start operating flights both in Seville, the company's headquarters in Spain, and in Abu Dhabi, around the third quarter of 2025. In total, the company will have invested more than 230 million dollars in engineering and development in both countries.

This project, a pioneer in both Spain and Europe, started in 2020 and has important differences with respect to other space tourism companies. EOS-X SPACE's pressurized capsules, with a capacity of eight people (including a pilot), are propelled by a non-polluting helium balloon. They reach the limits of the stratosphere, which means an altitude of 40,000 meters, allowing their space tourists to enjoy superb views for five hours. The price per passenger will range between 150,000 and 200,000 euros.

In addition, in the case of Spain, EOS-X SPACE will have a spectacular SpaceHub Complex in La Isla de la Cartuja (Seville), where immersive experiences will be developed, as well as an ultra-luxury hotel in the province of Seville where customers will enjoy pioneering treatments and experiences.

Once the reserve of celebrities and the super-rich, yachts and luxury charters are fast becoming the preferred choice for elite athletes, looking for rest, relaxation, and most importantly, privacy. But which sports stars boast the most impressive vessels? Here, Mike Green, CEO of Boats For Sale has ranked the most expensive yachts owned by celebrity athletes today.

Appearing first on the list is boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his behemoth superyacht, reported to have set the 15-time world champion back a knockout $200m.

Although little is known about the vessel itself, it is thought to be complete with several bedrooms, a cinema room, and a sizeable swimming pool.

In 2023, Mayweather provided insight into his life on the superyacht while visiting Miami by sharing a series of snaps on Instagram. The photos show the boxing champ basking in the sunshine on the deck of his luxurious craft along with a box of cigars, personalised with “TM”, the initials of the fighter’s nickname “The Money”.

The caption read, “I’m the Yacht Master and I ain’t talking about a Rolex” [sic].

Featuring second on the list is basketball icon Michael Jordan who owns, not one, not two, but three luxurious boats. His Airness’s most expensive vessel is a 230ft custom superyacht named Joy, which set the former Chicago Bulls player back a cool $80 million in 2016

With eight luxurious bedrooms connected by a glass elevator, Jordan’s yacht can host up to 12 guests with multiple entertainment options, including a full bar, state-of-the-art gym, on-deck jacuzzi, and even a basketball court, so the former champion can stay on top of his game. No wonder monthly maintenance costs can reach up to $800,000 per week when being chartered!

The second ship in MJ’s fleet is the creatively named Mr Terrible, which reportedly cost $21 million in 2022. Despite being much smaller than Joy, the vessel comfortably hosts six guests in three luxury suites and boasts plenty of space with split-level living spaces and decadent interiors.

Jordan’s third boat is a Viking sportfish named Catch 32, priced at $7 million. The 80ft sportfishing boat can reach speeds up to 40 knots (46 mph) and has been entered into several professional fishing competitions, most recently the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament in North Carolina.

Golfing superstar Tiger Woods appears next in the ranking with his custom yacht Privacy, purchased at the height of his fame in 2004. At 155ft, Privacy is classed as a superyacht, boasting a host of luxury features from an on-deck jacuzzi, a gym and even an inflatable decompression chamber for diving. 

Woods is a keen diver and reportedly spent a week in 2009 at Fort Bragg military base in North Carolina where he went through Special Forces training with the Marines to become a master scuba diver.

NBA star Tony Parker appears fourth in the ranking with Infinity Nine, a luxury 114ft vessel from the Kando 110 series. The former San Antonio Spurs player, who is reportedly worth $85 million thanks to his successful basketball career, is thought to have purchased the ship for $15 million, as a Thanksgiving gift to himself in 2022.

With six staterooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, the Infinity Nine is designed with opulence in mind, as well as exploration. One of Parker’s non-negotiables was an exploration vessel, capable of travelling the world with his family. The craft is designed to withstand sailing to most parts of the world, even polar regions, despite not being “ice-classed”.

Cristiano Ronaldo appears fifth on the list with his custom-made vessel, based on the Azimut Grande. The 88-foot-long craft boasts five luxury cabins which can accommodate up to ten guests, who can choose from many luxury activities on board, including waterskiing, the on-deck jacuzzi and even an outdoor projector to watch movies under the stars.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and his boat Viva la Vida appear sixth on the list. Purchased for a reported $6 million in 2021, the Wajer 77 is described as a mini superyacht, measuring 77ft and sleeping up to nine people. 

Unlike other vessels featured on this list, the Viva la Vida is unique as it can be driven by owners themselves, without the need for a captain's licence.

Rafael Nadal’s catamaran, the Great White, appears seventh on the list, with the tennis ace purchasing the twin-hull craft in 2019 for $5.4 million.

The Great White is the only ship on the list which features two hulls, designed not only to provide additional stability and buoyancy but also to create more space for leisure and entertainment. The impressive Sunreef catamaran features a flybridge with a bar and barbeque, a waterfall-fed spa pool and elegant interiors, which the Mallorcan native designed to reflect his own home.

Speaking to Boat International in 2022, Nadal shared the one luxury staple he chose to forgo, stating “I didn’t want a Jacuzzi on the flybridge, because I prefer open spaces. I don’t need features like Jacuzzis on board – I have water around the boat to swim in and enjoy.”

Last, but certainly not least is UFC superstar-turned-actor Conor McGregor and his $3.6 million Lamborghini Tecnomar 63.

Purchased in October 2020, the 63ft vessel, known as the “Supercar of the Sea” is one of only 63 made, with McGregor purchasing the 12th edition in honour of his whiskey brand - Proper No. Twelve. 

The fighter declared back in April that “yacht season is coming” after UFC President Dana White announced his comeback, which will see him face off with Michael Chandler in the UFC 303 main event in Las Vegas on 29 June. And there’s certainly plenty to enjoy when yacht season arrives.

In a classic nod to the hosts Omega saw fit to take on its official colours of gold, black, and white, showcasing four models. A REFINED “FROSTED” JEWELLERY AESTHETIC

Blurring the line between jewellery and watchmaking, the Royal Oak Mini models, crafted in 18-carat yellow, pink or white gold, combine the powerful aesthetic codes of the original Royal Oak designed by Gérald Genta in 1972, with the delicacy and sophistication of Frosted Gold for a unique, shimmering monochrome aesthetic.

Inspired by an ancient Florentine jewellery technique, the Frosted Gold finish was revisited by jewellery designer Carolina Bucci and adapted by Audemars Piguet artisans in 2016 to adorn the Manufacture’s timepieces. Tiny indentations are made on the gold surface using a diamond-tipped tool, creating a sparkly effect similar to that of precious stones. The visual impact of this decoration underlines the Royal Oak’s affinity with the jewellery world. Back in 1972, Gérald Genta, a trained jeweller, created the Royal Oak with a facetted case and bracelet playing with light like the facets of a diamond. The elaborate integrated bracelet was also reminiscent of the sophisticated metal bracelets that had adorned women’s timepieces since the 19th century.

GLAMOUROUS PLAY OF LIGHT

Playing with the Royal Oak’s jewellery sensitivities, the new Mini Oak models contrast the diamond-dust effect of the Frosted Gold with the polished bevels that outline the instantly recognisable octagonal bezel and the individual links of the tapering bracelet, creating an endless play of light. The satin finish on the case and bracelet flanks adds depth, texture and light. For its part, the solid caseback combines sandblasting, satin brushing and polishing to echo the design of the case. This meticulous juxtaposition of finishing techniques required perfect alignment throughout. The jewellery aesthetic of these dainty creations continues on the dial. The tone-on-tone Petite Tapisserie enhances the play of light created by the Frosted Gold case and bracelet.

The luminous dial is complemented by facetted gold hour-markers matching with the colour of the case and filled with luminescent material for optimum visibility in the dark. The Audemars Piguet signature at 12 o’clock is printed in black on a cartouche to enhance legibility, while the date indication and seconds scale have been omitted to enhance both legibility and the refinement of the guilloché dial. True pieces of jewellery, these timepieces will adorn the wrist with the elegance of a bracelet.

LONG LIVE QUARTZ

The trio of Royal Oak Mini watches are powered by the quartz movement, Calibre 2730, one of the best in class for watches of this size. With a battery life of over seven years, this movement is ideal for a contemporary lifestyle. In addition, Calibre 2730 is equipped with a “switch”: by simply pulling on the crown, the wearer can deactivate the battery temporarily. In keeping with the tradition of Haute Horlogerie, this quartz mechanism is finished with refined decorations.

MINI WATCHES WITH A MIGHTY LEGACY

Since the 19th century, Audemars Piguet has created an array of small watches women that have pushed the boundaries of miniaturisation, gemsetting and aesthetic refinement. From timeless classics and jewellery pieces to avant-garde artistic creations, these timepieces reflect the technical and aesthetic challenges of their respective eras, often anticipating the evolving tastes and expectations of their female clientele.

Audemars Piguet’s first feminine creations featured extremely small complicated mechanisms fitted in elegant, yet discreet pendant, brooch or ring watches, often adorned with enamelled cases set with precious stones. These smaller models served as a platform for innovation, pushing AP craftspeople to explore new realms of miniaturisation and creativity.

The brand developed a host of miniature movements in the early decades of the 20th century, including the world’s smallest 5-minute repeater movement, Calibre 7MV5 (15.8mm / 7 lignes) in 1921 and Calibre 5/6SB, the Manufacture’s smallest baguette-style movement (15.9 x 5.8 x 3,3mm) released in 1927. These feats of miniaturisation resulted in the creation of new styles of bracelet watches, wristwatches and pendant watches for both men and women. Miniaturisation took yet another turn following the introduction in 1972 of the groundbreaking Royal Oak, designed by Gérald Genta.

Jacqueline Dimier, who was at the head of the design office from 1975 to 1999, was tasked with the mission to design a version for women, giving rise to the Royal Oak II in 1976. This timepiece, powered by the small selfwinding Calibre 2062, retained all the codes of the original model (5402) but significantly reduced its proportions to grace smaller wrists. At 29mm, Model 8638, and its gemset 8756 derivative, remains the smallest selfwinding Royal Oak ever made.
